Use the Setup Wizard

Use the Setup Wizard to set up LiveIQ Labor parameters so you can configure and start using LiveIQ Labor as quickly as possible.

Refer to other topics for more detailed information about how to configure and maintain parameters and settings in LiveIQ Labor.

With the release of LiveIQ 1503, only Franchisees can create organizations and allocate or unallocate restaurants. If you do not log in as a Franchisee, you cannot complete the Setup Wizard.

  1. From the LiveIQ toolbar, click Labor.

  2. Click Setup Wizard.

  3. On the Setup LiveIQ Labor screen, click Get Started.

    It is good practice to have all of the prerequisite information available when you first set up the parameters. However, you must have at least the following information for each employee you want to set up:

    • Name (first and last)

    • Payroll number

    • Start date

    • Job title

    Once you enter the required information in the Setup Wizard, you can use the procedures in View or Modify Employee Records to make changes or enter additional employee data.
